Key responsibilities: 
i) Report directly to the Executive Committee 
ii) Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of all projects; 
iii) Manage operation, administration and budget control of the HK Jockey Club Patient Resource & Training Centre at Nam 
Shan Estate; 
iv) Supervision of team members; 
v) Collaborate with partners in medical, nursing, pharmaceutical sectors as well as patients in self-help groups; 
vi) Organising fund-raising activities 
 
Requirements: 
i) University graduate; 
ii) A minimum of 4 years' work experience in related field; 
iii) Knowledge of patients' service, health education and volunteers coordination is an advantage 
iv) Excellent writing, reporting and project management skills; 
v) Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility; 
vi) Able to work independently with good time management; 
vii) Excellent interpersonal skills. 
 
Conditions 
i) 44 work hours per week, evening and weekend duty may be required
