                          | Responsibilities: Fully responsible for managing all round HR and Administrative functions in Philippines factory;Provide full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation, payroll, training and office administration activities;Oversee the administrative operations and office support services;Formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administrative policies and procedures;Responsible for analyzing, compiling and preparing management reports;Coordinate staff relations activities;Liaise and coordinate with various working parties and internal departments;Undertake other ad hoc projects as assigned.
 Requirements: Degree in Human Resources Management or related field;5 years or above relevant working experience;Experience in offshore garment manufacturers is highly prefer;Experience in Philippines is a plus;Strong attention to details and ability to be multi-tasking;Mature, good interpersonal skills, well-organized and able to work under pressure;Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English;Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.Interested
