                          | Responsibilities: Provide full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and      benefits including payroll calculationProvide data entry to the system; response to verify and monitor the data, transition and reportResponsible for payroll processing and calculationParticipate in maintain HR system & maintain system functions in appropriateAssist in ad hoc project when required
   
 Requirements: Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplineMust over 3 years’ solid experience in recruitment & C&B functions including payroll,      final payment and financial reports etc. (preferably gained in sizable organization)Well versed in  Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related ordinanceSelf-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, capable to work under pressure and able to  meet deadlines with good time managementStrong numeric sense with high accuracy and efficiencyProficient computer  literacy, including HR system (preferably IPL system), MS Powerpoint,MS Excel with Vlookup and pivot table is mustGood interpersonal skills & a team player with positive & progressive work attitudeGood command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plusCan perform well under tight deadline & able to work independentlyImmediately available is preferred
