職能範圍：

• Manage daily IDC operations and facilities status such as CRAC, UPS, CCTV etc.
• Responsible for after-sales service and  pre-sales support
• Conduct and maintain ISO 27001 management system
• Maintain data center network stability
• Review and enhance network infrastructure
• Manage OTT platform and Apps platform
• Storage, backup and data replication system support
• Support information security activities
• Manage performance of contractors
• Execute relevant IDC policies, facilities, and related duties
• 24 x 7 call standby

任職資格：

• High Diploma or above, major in Networking, Computing, IT, ElectronicsEngineering or related field
• At least one year relevant experiences in IDC operation
• Independent and great sense of responsibility
• Strong problem solving skills and comfortable for multi-tasking
• CCNA, CCNP or related certification is preferred
