                          Job Description 
Ricoh is a leading provider of digital services and innovative solutions to support our customers’ digital transformation and business process optimization. To cope with our business expansion, we are looking a team of talent joining our Ricoh Family. 
About Your Role: 
- Provide document management services in print room such as scanning, copying, binding, finishing etc.
 
- Perform first-tier onsite technical support on multi-functional printing machine
 
- Replenish toner and paper with proper inventory management
 
- Handle incoming enquiries from client and communicate in a professional manner
 
- Prepare job related activity logs or reports
 
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
 
 
Does it sound like you? 
- F.5 or above with minimum 1 year related working experience, previous experience in print room is highly preferred
 
- Attentive to details, fast and accurate
 
- Customer-oriented and willing to learn
 
- Ability in multi-tasking and work under pressure
 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
 
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
 
- Work at client’s premises (Location: Central)
 
- Willing to work with flexible working hours
