Regenerative Agriculture Department 再生農業部

Major responsibilities

This is a role that assists in the production and selling of KFBG’s organic vegetables

Daily operation

• Assist the process of vegetable productions, harvest, storage and delivery.
• Adopt and conduct regenerative farming practice assigned by the supervisor or officer of the Department.
• Assist the process of vegetable seed saving.

Job Requirements

• Able to read and write Chinese.
• Experience of regenerative/ organic farming preferable.
• Valid driving license (Type 2) is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of farming experience.
• Physically fit for outdoor work.
• Committed to the mission of KFBG.
• Hard working and good communication skill.
• Able to work independently and cooperate with others in a team.

主要職責:

• 協助生產及銷售本園的蔬菜。

日常運作

• 協助菜園的生產、收成、貯藏及運輸等各個過程;
• 按部門督導員或主任之指示，採用及執行各項再生農業技術;
• 協助菜園的留種工作。

工作要求:

• 能夠讀寫中文;
• 擁有再生或有機農耕的經驗獲優先考慮;
• 有輕型貨車駕駛執照優先考慮;
• 最少兩年農務經驗;
• 體力能應付長時間戶外工作;
• 認同嘉道理農場的使命;
• 勤奮，有良好溝通技巧;
• 可以獨立工作，並且與團體內其他人合作
