·        Responsible for promoting and selling nutrition products

·        負責推廣及銷售營養相關產品

·        Provide an excellent customer experience by serving the BabyNes precision nutrition system

·        透過BabyNes 智能營養系統提供卓越的顧客體驗

·        Provide nutrition advice to mom and baby from pregnancy to 3 years old

·        為懷孕的媽媽至3歲的寶寶提供營養建議

·        Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional way

·        以專業的角色處理顧客的查詢及投訴

·        Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customer

·        建立及保持與現有和潛在客戶的良好關係

·        Assist the daily operation of the shop / counter

·        協助店舖 / 櫃檯日常營運工作

Skills and Requirement工作要求

·        Self-motivated, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility

·        主動、擁有良好的溝通技巧和責任感

·        Good written and spoken English and Chinese

·        良好的英文和中文書寫及語言能力

·        1 year of experience in customer service / sales is preferred

·        有1年客戶服務/銷售經驗者優先

·        A bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related discipline is preferable

·        營養學或相關學科的學士學位優先考慮

Remuneration 薪酬

·     Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification (HK$18K up)

·     薪金會視乎工作經驗和學歷資格等決定 (HK$18K或以上)

·     Monthly 7 days-off, daily 8 working hours

·        每月7天例假，每天工作8小時

·        Up to 10 days annual leave, public holidays

·        有薪年假每年10日起及有薪公眾假期

·     Attendance bonus and sales commission will be offered

·     設勤工獎及佣金制度
