Roles and Responsibilities: The Chief Financial Officer's main responsibilities include – - Report to CEO, CFO will be responsible for assessing organizational performance against the annual budget and company's long-term strategy, providing professional support and strategic advice to the Board of Directors and management team in critical insights to the company's strategic business development plan
- Participate in strategic planning and business/operational planning, and set financial objectives and budgets in support of the strategic and business goals of the Company
- Assume full responsibility for finance, accounting, cash flow, taxation, financing, fund raising, treasury and other financial management functions
- Lead the finance and accounting (" F&A ") function; ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the F&A systems, and appropriate policies are place and being complied with
- Provide timely and accurate financial and management reporting and forecast for management and the Board to monitor Company’s performance, and analysis for decision making;
- Evaluate and manage risks, put in place internal controls, and perform statutory reporting and reporting to Government
- Build and manage relationships with external parties including financial partners, including shareholders, investors, financial institutions, and auditors;
- Provide support and strategic and business advice to the CEO and Board, including financial analysis and evaluation for strategic or business expansion options, investment decisions, etc., and review of significant contracts; and
- Prepare and manage capital budgets, financial performance and cash flow of capital projects
