Responsibilities: Work with various departments and business partners to identify frontline training and development needs Help cascade proven service excellence and selling techniques to frontline staff Produce training materials Conduct appraisals Create documentations of training activities
Requirements: Highly motivated, a “people” person, able to work in a team 2-4 years of work experience in service/retail sector, previous experience in a managerial or training role a plus Higher Diploma, Degree holder will be an advantage Can travel to various Shell oil filling stations in Hong Kong and/or Macau to conduct onsite training Can work flexible hours Able to work under a tight timeline and with different strata of people Can read and write English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
