| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities Work closely with factories to co-ordinate garment fitting as well as to evaluate and determine garment quality to meet with company’s standard and customer’s requirement Identifies quality issues, advises technical solutions, and other recommendations if needed Provides routine quality checking of products at various production stages, and prevent the defected products to be delivered Liaise with merchandisers and factories to carry out corrective action Maintain and control the product quality
Requirements Form 5 or above Min 10 years of solid apparel QA/QC experience in sizeable garment/ textiles trading or manufacturer Experience in cut & sewn knit garments Strong leadership and problem solving skills, proactive and good team player Good communication skills with different level of people Good technical and problem-solving skills Good in spoken & written English, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin Stationed in Cambodia
