| 職位要求： |
~Responsibilities:
- Retail POS related hardware setup, software installation, user administration and network connectivity
- Onsite technical support for new store open, store renovation/closing projects and ad-hoc tasks
- Troubleshooting and solutions to the problems on IT system, network, hardware & software.
- Support for general office equipment
IT Technician will have more responsibilities in the followings:
- Provide support in IT infrastructure (i.e. servers, desktops, and other peripherals).
- Operate computers and related equipment in data centres
- Perform daily system backup and monitoring
- Provide ad-hoc technical support to users on computer operations
Requirements:
- Form 5/ Form 6 or above
- Fresh IVE graduates will also be considered
- 7 days shift duty is required
- Good command of English
- Related working experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in PC skill is preferred for Junior IT Technician
- Basic knowledge in UNIX/Linux knowledge is preferred for IT Technician
