| 職位要求： |
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for PC and Desktop support for site offices users;
- Technical support on Windows applications such as Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8 and Office 2K3 / 2K7 / 2010
- Experience in Citrix is an advantage;
- Day-to-day support to service desk calls, PC installations and relocation and problem diagnosis;
- Maintenance of in-house network and equipment;
- Maintain IT asset management and documentation;
- Perform other IT related duties as assigned;
- Outdoor work to various site offices is required.
Requirements:
- University graduate or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent preferred;
- 2 - 3 years relevant working experience;
- Solid experience in PC hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Strong background in MS Office Suite of applications;
- Excellent problem solving skill;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese;
- Good initiative, able to work well under pressure, good user relations, able to work well either on their own, or part of a team;
- Immediate availability preferred.
