Job Highlights - Top-tier European Bank
- Team Head
- Minimum 10 years of experience
Key Responsibilities: - Review credit limit for corporate loan applications
- Prepare and review facility letters, security documents and other loan documents
- Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders, if required, on the preparation of non-standard facility documents
- Filing and safekeeping of duly executed credit and security documentation
- A key role in leading the credit admin team
- To timely report any issues / operational findings to CBT team / Management and related parties
- Participate in global projects and UATs
- Other ad-hoc assignments as required
Required Skills & Experiences: - Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in the compliance field within the banking industry
- Preferrable with experience working in a banking regional hub
- Sound knowledge of corporate banking products
- Strong communication in Cantonese and English
- Able to work in a small team, be a team player, and work independently
