                          *Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Manager 
Responsibilities: 
- Apply purchasing policy between potential suppliers and businesses with respect the scope of works on specifications, quotations and purchase orders;
 
- Responsible for the management of a wide range of purchasing activities including store management to sustain the company daily operations works;
 
- Ensure that purchases are completed in a timely manner and value for money through proactive planning, reorder level and reorder quantity etc.
 
- Management of purchasing activities to ensure the supply, delivery and storage of inventories to be handled in efficient and effective ways;
 
- Monitor and carry out stock-taking form time to time and safeguard the security of stock;
 
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
 
 
Requirements: 
- Diploma or above in Purchasing and supply Management or related disciplines;
 
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in purchasing;
 
- Experience in monitoring of purchasing activities of the construction projects is preferred;
 
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin;
 
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);
 
- Highly organized, trust-worthy and independent;
 
- Good interpersonal, strong communication and negotiation skills;
 
- Able to work under pressure and result oriented;
 
- Immediate available is highly preferred
