*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Overall project planning, co-ordination and works progress monitoring;
- Assistant to coordinate and liaise with client, main contractors, government departments, sub-contractors, etc, in the addition & alteration, renovation and new development projects;
- Submit record and record photos;
- Follow materials order& delivery;
- Carry out site visit.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent is an advantage;
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Construction Industry;
- With T1 or equivalents an advantage;
- With Safety Supervisor Certificate or equivalents an advantage;
- Capable to analysis of construction drawing preferable;
- Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD and MS Project;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Communication and site management skills.
