Be the creative decision maker in the assortment planning of the category

Client Details

My client is looking for a artistic buyer manager to manage the entire assortment of its lifestyle products and be the decision maker for the artistic direction of the category

Description

• Responsible for creative design, art direction and layout execution for the category in the store(s)
• Formulate strategic merchandising plan by drawing conclusions from current season sales and market trend forecast
• Source / purchase best quality of merchandises locally and internationally
• Work closely with sales team, marketing and visual merchandising teams to provide product information for supporting marketing campaigns and in-store activities
• Create excellent product assortment to improve company's product and price competitiveness
• Deploy appropriate training and manage the entire learning cycle from curriculum design to delivery across all levels in the sales teams

Profile

• Education in relevant discipline
• Buying experience in retail industry, preferably in furniture/ lifestyle/ home and living category
• Good art sense
• Strong ability in handling multi-tasking roles, responsible and attentive to details
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
