職位要求: |
Responsibilities:
- Assistant to Project Manager
- Coordination with clients, venders and the internal project team for effectively planning, organizing, executing and delivering various exhibitions, projects and events professionally on time and within budget.
- Effectively handle logistics, co-ordination, monitoring of work progress, time management, budgetary control, assessment of outcomes, result evaluation and reporting.
- Work closed with programmer and designer to ensure the service standard meets client’s requirement.
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support
- Undertake ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
- Travel occasionally (PRC or overseas) for event.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above, preferably major in Marketing/ Event Management/ Communications or related disciplines;
- Minimum 1 years working experience. Exhibition, marketing and event management experience is preferred. Less experience or fresh graduates will be considered the position as Assistant Project Executive;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Attention to details, willing to learn, can work under pressure and independently
- Be a team player with good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
- Strong interest in Exhibition & Event industry
- Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available will be advantageous
- Salary negotiable, 5 working days with good prospects of career advancement
