Responsibilities:
ü Negotiate with suppliers on price and term
ü Handle purchase orders and ensure orders are properly delivered
ü Manage the relationship between suppliers and users, and provide support to enhance suppliers management system
ü Implement and advice to user departments on procurement policy and procedure
ü Prepare various reports
ü Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
ü University degree with 3 years relevant experience
ü Willing to work in tough environment with tight schedule
ü Computer literate, well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
ü Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
